Our labor is warranted for a full year after final walkthrough. Nail pops, settlement cracks, and workmanship issues — we come back and fix them.
Manufacturer parts
Cabinets, appliances, windows, roofing, and mechanical systems carry the manufacturer warranty. We register on your behalf and provide the paperwork.
Structural (10 years)
Major structural components on new construction are warranted for 10 years per the state builder warranty framework.
What triggers the 11-month walk
Right before your workmanship warranty ends, we schedule a walk to catch anything that's emerged over the year — settlement, seasonal cracks, drawer alignment. Anything workmanship-related gets fixed on warranty.
